We are excited to also provide the WEEKEND Beginning Quilting Course. This is a three-Saturday, quick, intensive workshop on all the basics of quilting. From reading a pattern, cutting, sewing, squaring, walking foot quilting and finishing, this class will set you out on your own quilting adventure, and have you creating masterpieces in no time at all. Be sure to start with our class book and examine the "Streets and Avenues" pattern in Baby Size as your first quilt. Get the SUPPLY LIST to be ready for your first class and remember all class supplies are 20% off.
You may sign up on-line or in the store. Be sure to get your book that has the pattern along with the detailed supply list to ensure that you will have everything you need to get started. It will be the beginning of many creative projects for you and your family.
Of note: IF you have little or no knowledge of your machine, it is advisable that you FIRST COMPLETE the "Get Acquainted with Your Machine" Class. This is a one-on-one appointment prior to class where you will learn basic machine sewing, and sign-up is available in the shop or you may call.
